Fundamentals of Yoga
NEW TO YOGA
The perfect entry point if you've never taken yoga before, are returning after time away, or want to revisit the basics. Move at a relaxed pace while learning foundational poses, breath, alignment and common yoga terminology.
Beginner's Yoga
BEGINNER
Build on the fundamentals through classical Hatha/Vinyasa sequences incorporating standing, seated, kneeling, belly and back positions. Explore alignment, props and modifications while developing the building blocks for more advanced postures.
Gentle Yoga
GENTLE / SLOWER PACED
A slower, steady Hatha-based practice connecting movement with breath. Gentle Yoga supports mobility, flexibility and strength while offering modifications to common yoga poses.
Chair Yoga
ACCESSIBLE / SUPPORTED
Accessible strength building, stretching, breathwork and relaxation using seated, standing and floor postures. A chair provides additional support, stability and alignment.
Restorative Yoga
SUPPORTED / MEDITATIVE NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Slow down and settle into fully supported passive postures designed for rest and relaxation. Props support the body while poses are held for longer periods. Class may include gentle movement and guided meditation. No previous yoga experience is required.
Yin Yoga
SLOW / MEDITATIVE
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A slower-paced practice with postures generally held for 2–5 minutes. Longer holds create time to observe sensation, settle into the practice and work with deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and joints. All levels are welcome.
Flow and Let Go
ADVANCED BEGINNER
A blend of movement and relaxation. Begin with classical Hatha/Vinyasa sequences to warm the body, lengthen and strengthen muscles, then transition into a restorative sequence supported by props. Class may include Reiki chimes, or guided meditation during savasana.
Open Level Yoga
EXPERIENCED
Deepen your practice through dynamic sequences with options and variations for different abilities and preferences. Listen to your body and choose the expression of each posture that works for you. Some previous yoga experience is expected; this class is not intended for beginners.
Weekend Wind-Down
SOME EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED
End the weekend with the practice your body needs that day. Choose gentler variations or explore more dynamic expressions as you move at your own pace. Some basic knowledge of yoga postures is expected. This class is not recommended for first-time yoga practitioners.
