Whether you're looking for personalized yoga instruction, a therapeutic approach, or time to experience Reiki, Sound Healing or Crystal Healing, each service offers something different.

PRIVATE YOGA
Yoga, with the attention on you.
Private Yoga gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a yoga instructor on your individual practice and goals.
Whether you're brand new to yoga, want to build confidence before joining a class, are returning after time away, or want individual attention to refine your existing practice, your session is shaped around your experience and what you'd like to work on.
YOGA THERAPY
An individualized therapeutic approach.
Yoga Therapy is different from Private Yoga. It begins with a comprehensive intake and uses the tools and practices of yoga therapeutically, based on your individual needs.
It may be an appropriate starting point if you're seeking support because of persistent pain or discomfort, a diagnosed physical condition, significant changes in mobility or balance, or limitations that make traditional yoga or exercise difficult.
PRIVATE REIKI
Quiet time to rest and receive.
Reiki is an energy-based practice that uses gentle touch or hands held just above the body to support relaxation and balance.
During your private, one-on-one session, you'll rest fully clothed while your practitioner works with you. There's nothing you need to perform, accomplish or know beforehand.
You can simply settle in and experience the session for yourself.
PRIVATE SOUND HEALING
Experience sound and vibration up close.
Private Sound Healing gives you the opportunity to experience Tibetan singing bowls placed on and around the body in a one-on-one setting.
Rather than experiencing sound from across a room, you'll be close to the bowls and may experience both their sound and physical vibration as you rest.
No previous experience with Sound Healing or meditation is needed.
PRIVATE CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals, quiet rest and intentional time for yourself.
Crystal Healing is a private experience incorporating crystals and stones selected for their traditional energetic properties and associations.
You'll rest fully clothed while crystals are placed on or around the body, with guided meditation incorporated into the session.
You don't need to understand crystals or know their traditional meanings before you come. You can simply come with curiosity and experience the session for yourself.
