Kids & Teens Small Group Sessions

Explore the wonders of yoga tailored for children and teens through our small group sessions, available upon request for all ages. Whether your young one is eager to dip their toes into yoga or seeking a regular practice, our scheduling options allow for single classes or ongoing programs. Assemble a group of up to four young people and connect with our studio to arrange your session.  Small group sessions are also available for families.

The small group option is $75 per appointment.  This is NOT a per individual price.  Appointment pricing is for the entire group.

Private Sound Healing

Sound healing is a traditional healing modality that harnesses the vibrational frequencies of singing bowls and other instruments to move energy through the body while relaxing the nervous system. During our one-hour private session, Tibetan singing bowls are thoughtfully placed on and around your body, enveloping you in the soothing sensations of sound while fostering deep relaxation and restoring your energetic equilibrium. Each session is personalized to the needs and goals of the individual and works with your intention in heart and mind.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy sessions are dedicated to treating the whole person, fostering both physical and emotional wellness, and empowering individuals with comfortable movement choices for a balanced state of being. Our  yoga therapists work 1:1 with individuals, adapting the practice of yoga to alleviate specific or persistent challenges that might make participation in a group setting challenging. Please note that while yoga therapy complements overall well-being, it is not a substitute for medical care and is not recommended for those experiencing acute pain.

Private Reiki

Reiki, translating to "spiritually guided life force energy," envelops the entire being—physical, emotional and spiritual. Our sessions, conducted with practitioners' gentle touch, unfold on a heated amethyst bio mat and pillow, enhancing comfort and healing. As the energy flows, clients may experience relaxation, peace and a heightened sense of well-being. Reiki can be considered as a guided form of meditation fostering mental clarity, emotional balance and overall harmony. Immerse yourself in this fusion of ancient wisdom and modern comfort, where healing transcends the physical to nourish the soul.

Indulge in our rejuvenating Crystal Healing Sessions, meticulously designed to harmonize the energy flowing within your body.
