In Studio Class Policies

Registration:

Class size is limited to between 8 and 13 participants depending on the type of class.

Pre-registration is required!  There is absolutely no on sight registration available for in studio classes.

Cancelation:

Please remember to cancel your registration in Mindbody at least two hours prior to class start time if you are unable to attend class.  Class passes will be charged for late cancellations and no shows.  Members will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee for late cancellations and no shows.

Health and Safety:

Wearing a mask is currently optional.

If you have been exposed to an individual that has tested positive for COVID, please do not attend class. If you are feeling sick or have cared for someone that is sick, please do not attend class.

Props:

Although we are currently lending all props, we encourage participants to bring their own blankets.  Required props vary based on the class. To be completely prepared, pack your yoga bag with the following items: two blankets, a pillow case and a strap.

Borrowed props:

If you choose, you may borrow a bolster.  Please bring a pillow case to cover your bolster so that we can keep them clean.  There are a few pillow cases available at the studio should you forget.

You may also borrow studio blocks.  If you choose to borrow blocks, you must thoroughly disinfect them after class and place them on the floor to dry.

Arrival:

Please arrive to the studio a couple minutes before class start time.  For the safety of our class participants and their belongings, the studio door will be locked at the start of class.  If you are late for class, please kindly wait outside quietly.  The instructor will let you into the studio at a time when there will be minimal disruption to the class participants.
