This Mother’s Day Weekend, we’re offering an exclusive, small-group sound bath experience designed to give mothers something they rarely receive: uninterrupted rest. Each 60-minute session is guided using traditional Tibetan singing bowls and intentionally limited to just 2–4 participants, allowing the experience to unfold slowly, quietly, and without distraction. This is not a large group class — it’s a deeply restorative pause created for one weekend only.
The steady tones and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls are designed to gently guide the body out of “doing” mode and into a state of deep rest. In a quiet, small-group setting, the nervous system has space to soften, the breath naturally slows, and the experience can unfold without distraction or urgency.
This experience is offered for one weekend only, with a limited number of small-group sessions available on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10. Advance booking is required.

The sound bath experience
Participants will be comfortably supported on mats in a quiet studio setting while Tibetan singing bowls are played throughout the session. There is no movement required, and you’re welcome to rest, listen, or simply be still. Mats and blankets are provided; we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
