This four-week small group series is designed to help participants build strength, improve stability, and support long-term bone health with confidence.
If you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia—or you’re concerned about bone loss and want to take action, this specialized yoga therapy series was made for you.
This small group series is limited to just 5 participants to ensure individualized support.

No yoga experience is necessary. This is not a one-size-fits-all class—it’s a personalized yoga therapy experience. Before the series begins, Jeannie, our certified yoga therapist, will connect with each participant to review your background and help set you up for a supportive and successful start.

Interested in pursuing insurance reimbursement for this series?
Please contact the studio prior to registration to discuss eligibility and required documentation. To pursue reimbursement, you must have out-of-network benefits that cover yoga. You will also need to provide a doctor’s note that includes both a diagnosis code and a prescription for yoga.
At the conclusion of the four-week series, participants seeking reimbursement will receive a properly coded receipt that may be submitted to their insurance provider.

This program will be offered live in the studio. Sessions will be recorded upon request. In the event that you miss a session, recorded content will be made available to you for 14 days.

Meet Jeannie
Jeannie Greene C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Jeannie is an IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Meditation. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Raja Yoga, Stress Management, Restorative Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga.
Jeannie's approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Jeannie is passionate about sharing yoga’s therapeutic benefits with others, helping each individual unlock their potential for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her dedication to exploration fuels her desire to create accessible, inclusive spaces where individuals can deepen their practice, connect with their inner selves, and cultivate lasting balance in their lives.
