About Kyle

Kyle Rundles is a licensed clinical psychologist, outreach specialist, and long-time meditator. She specializes in adult mental health and couples therapy, particularly during life adjustments. Her therapeutic approach explores how ideas of self and the world have formed and she works with clients towards reframing these ideas to create personal meaning. Kyle believes strongly that society and community has a profound impact on mental health and individual concerns do not exist in a vacuum. She is drawn to narrative therapy and personal storytelling, as well as how meditation can be helpful to overall mental health and wellness. In particular, Kyle is passionate about how the ancient and communal practice of meditation can be centering and healing through life’s difficulties and transitions, as well as how meditation techniques can be used to manage stress and shift thinking patterns.
