Yoga alliance continuing education credit is available for select workshops. Each workshop in this series includes a manual and is intended to be part of a complete training experience designed to provide participants with both an understanding of the subtle body and the skills needed to balance this system.

Join us for a discussion of the seven major chakras. Gain a deeper understanding of the meaning, purpose and function of each of the seven major energy wheels. Learn how the subtle body impacts our physical body. Explore a variety of methods that can be used to balance the subtle energy body including crystals, essential oils, asana and meditation.
Participants will have the opportunity to complete a self-assessment and practice exercises intended to balance the system. This workshop is casual and fun!
