
Yoga for Strength Series
The Yoga for Strength series is focused on building physical and mental strength. Each session will be centered on a specific pose including Ardha Mukha Swanasana and Urdhva Mukha Swanasana (downdog and updog), Chaturanga Dandasana (4-limb staff pose), Kakasana (crow), and Sirsasana (headstand). These asanas often come up in yoga classes and if performed repeatedly with improper alignment can often lead to pain and injury. This series will focus on techniques to help build stability and alignment in these postures reducing the likelihood of injury and increasing one’s overall strength. This series is included as part of all unlimited yoga memberships.

Exploring the Rainbow Bridge
Join Sandy Izsa as she leads a discussion of the 7 major chakras. Gain a deeper understanding of the meaning, purpose, and function of each of the 7 major energy wheels. Explore a variety of methods that can be used to balance the chakra system including crystals, essential oils, asana, and mediation.
This workshop is intended to be casual, hands on, and fun!

Introduction to Crystals Workshop
The Introduction to Crystals Workshop is designed to get participants started on their crystal journey. This workshop will provide the information needed to understand how to use your crystals as a tool for energy work.
We will cover the basic science behind crystals, crystal care, common ways to use crystals, crystal grids, pendulums, and more!
What is included: informational packet, crystal starter kit, and demonstration and practice.
